雅高酒店团体庆贺与海上青焙坊成功合作合作项目 Partnership with Shanghai Young Bakers

摘要: 从2013年开始,雅高践行企业社会责任,与海上青焙坊的职业培训项目进行合作,向中国超过150名贫困青少年和青年提供支持。
    今年是雅高酒店团体与海上青焙坊(Shanghai Young Bakers)合作的第五年。从2013年起头,雅高践行企业社会义务,与海上青焙坊的职业培训项目停止合作,向中国跨越150名贫苦青少年和青年供给支持。

    This year AccorHotels celebrates the fifth anniversary partnership with Shanghai Young Bakers (SYB). Since 2013, the Group has supported SYB’s vocational training programme as part of its corporate social responsibility charter for more than 150 underprivileged youths and young adults across China.

    海上青焙坊从2008年起头为青少年和青年无偿供给为期一年的法式烘焙培训。在这个项目中,受帮助的青少年和青年可以亲身材验、进修餐饮行业的专业身手,进修法式面包和甜点建造,西式面点建造等生活技术。

    Started in 2008, the Shanghai Young Bakers programme provides youths and young adults with fully funded year-long programme specializing in French pastry. The programme offers youths and young adults a first-hand experience and know-hows of the food and beverage industry as part of its initiatives.

    海上青焙坊于2013年景立烘焙中心,在曩昔的五年中,雅高基金会(Solidarity AccorHotels)共为这一项目供给了跨越94,000欧元的资金支持。

    Solidarity AccorHotels has subsidised more than €94,000 in support the programme since the year 2013 when the baking centre was founded by Shanghai Young Bakers.

    雅高基金会董事总司理Christinede Longevialle暗示:“雅高基金会建立于2008年,旨在支持贫苦人群,为他们供给延续的培训和进修机遇,从而改良他们的社会经济职位。我们的重要使命是经过培训项目,让贫苦人群有机遇接管职业教育,获得工作机遇大概停止创业。”

    “The Solidary AccorHotels endowment fund was set up in 2008 to support of the underprivileged through continuous training and learning to improve their socio-economic status,” says Christine de Longevialle, Managing Director of Solidarity AccorHotels, “Our priority is to promote access to professionalisation, employment and entrepreneurship through training projects for the underprivileged.”

    迄今为止,来自海上青焙坊的跨越35名学员在雅高旗下多家酒店内获得了练习机遇,其中15名学员正式入职上海虹桥雅高美爵酒店、上海斯格威铂尔曼大酒店、上海中星铂尔曼大酒店、上海索菲特海仑宾馆和上海虹桥新华联索菲特大酒店。

    Till now, more than 35 trainees from Shanghai Young Bakers programme were offered internships across the various AccorHotels properties and 15 of them were offered full time employment at Grand Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao, Pullman Shanghai Skyway, Pullman Shanghai South, Sofitel Shanghai Hyland and Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao.

    雅高酒店团体大中华区首席运营官莫力(Michel Molliet)暗示:“海上青焙坊项目让我们有机遇培育这些来自贫苦情况的年轻人材同时也表现了我们的企业社会义务。我很兴奋我们的酒店可以从项目启动之初就为其供给支持,同时也很欣喜地看到这些年轻的优异人材经过培育,可以继续在酒店业提升本身技术,继续追求他们的胡想。”

    “The Shanghai Young Bakers programme gives us the opportunity to develop these young talents from underprivileged families as part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility,” said Michel Molliet, Chief Operating Officer, AccorHotels Greater China. “I’m pleased that our hotels have been supportive of the programme since its inception and it’s great to see these young talents being nurtured as they continue to develop their skills and passion in the hospitality industry.”

    Emma Louise Blondes, Shanghai Young Baker’s Partnership Manager, said, “We are so glad to have established long-term partnerships with AccorHotels and hope we can continue to strengthen our ties so as to enhance our learning programmes for these underprivileged youths and young adults.”

    刘美美由祖母带大,虽然家庭布景复杂,但在完成了海上青焙坊的培训项目后,她成为了上海虹桥雅高美爵酒店的一位烘焙师。

    Raised by her grandmother, Liu Mei Mei came from a broken family and despite her complicated family background, she went on to become a baker at Grand Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao following the completion of her training programme at Shanghai Young Bakers.

    王晨聪在陕西省长大,2016年在完成海上青焙坊为期一年的培训后,她获得了结业证书。现在她是上海中星铂尔曼大酒店甜点团队的一份子。

    Growing up in Shaanxi Province, Wang Chengcong received her certificate following a year-long training in 2016. She is now part of the pastry team at Pullman Shanghai South.

    赵方方诞生于河南省,和母亲及弟弟一路生活。她完成在上海虹桥雅高美爵酒店的练习工作后,正式入职该酒店并工作至今。

    Born in Henan Province, Zhao Fangfang grew up with her mother and younger brother. Since the completion of her internship at Grand Mercure Shanghai Hongqiao, she was offered full employment at the hotel and has been working there since.

    经过雅高基金会,很多年轻人有机遇在海上青焙坊不竭进修烘焙技术,领会烘焙常识。雅高基金会努力于为贫苦人群供给职业培训,进步他们的经济才能。团体还将继续在大中华区内扩大与海上青焙坊的合作,为贫苦人群供给更多机遇。

    Through Solidarity AccorHotels, the AccorHotels Group’s endowment fund, many young adults were given the opportunity to develop their baking skills and knowledge in food and beverage under the Shanghai Young Bakers programme.  Solidarity AccorHotels focuses on vocational training and economic development. The Group will be expanding its programme in partnership with Shanghai Young Bakers across the Greater China network to provide more opportunities for the underprivileged.
